At Saint Clair Eyewear, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
After processing, orders are typically delivered within 6–10 business days.
Most customers receive their orders within 7–13 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is available on all orders.
Multiple Shipments
To provide the fastest possible delivery, products may ship from different warehouse locations. As a result, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and delivered at different times.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Receiving one item before another does not mean the remaining items have not shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
